IGClient presents this error message only if IGVideo.exe, IGAudio.exe or IGConfig.exe are not in the same folder as IGClient.exe.

This message informs the user that a critical portion of the IG software installation is corrupt or missing and the software package cannot be used.

Reinstall the IG software or replace the missing application to fix the problem.

In order to use the IG, the clock on your computer must be set to the correct time. If it is not, you will get an error message that the "Event Timed Out" when you try to join a session like:

Event Timed Out
Error: 3602

All parts of your clock must be correct: the time zone, the date, the time, and the daylight savings time.
