Chicago, IL - inSORS Integrated Communications, Inc., a software developer specializing in collaboration solutions that enable communications and shared applications among multiple groups, has deployed a second inSORS Grid (IG) software/hardware conferencing and collaboration solution for TechTeam Global, Inc., of Southfield, Michigan.

The inSORS Grid system was installed at TechTeam's European offices in Brussels, Belgium, and will compliment the already-deployed IG solution at TechTeam's Southfield, Michigan headquarters.

With the addition of its IG Brussels location, TechTeam can now meet with its European partners and clients without the cost and time involved in trans-Atlantic travel. Meetings can be instantaneous or scheduled and can accommodate anywhere from two to 40 participants. Further, all IG sessions include full-duplex audio, 30 frame-per-second video, and complete data-sharing capabilities between locations. The inSORS Grid architecture is also scalable to 30 sites, giving TechTeam the option to increase the reach of its communications at any time by adding endpoints.
