TechTeam International Continues IG2 Support Contract
Contract covers server, room systems and desktop kits

Southfield, MI - TechTeam Global Inc, a worldwide technology support company and inSORS partner has agreed to a support contract extension for the many inSORS Grid 2 (IG2) systems currently deployed at remote facilities. The contract will cover all inSORS related endpoints, including desktops and room based systems as well as the inSORS Unified Collaboration Server (UCS).  The contract extends support through January 2008.

TechTeam currently uses the IG2 for regular meetings between its Southfield, Michigan headquarters and Brussels, Belgium office. Also included in regular collaborative events are the recently purchased firms Sytel and DSC, with offices in Virginia and Maryland. inSORS is extremely excited to prove another business model for its flagship IG2 application. With mergers and acquisitions on the up swing due to the reviving economy, inSORS expects to a surge in demand for distributed collaboration technologies. The inSORS Grid is an ideal application for such processes.
