TechTeam Deploys IG Solution at Sytel Corporation
Newly purchased business to join in company wide collaborations

Southfield, MI - TechTeam Global Inc, a worldwide technology support company, has deployed an inSORS Grid (IG) system at Sytel Corporation’s, Bethesda, MD facilities. Sytel was recently purchased by TechTeam and will use the IG to take part in company wide meetings from their remote site.
TechTeam currently uses the IG for regular meetings between its Southfield, Michigan headquarters and its Brussels and Bucharest offices. Digital Support Corporation, another wholly owned subsidiary of TechTeam with locations in Virginia and Mary land is also inSORS Grid enabled. All IG enabled sites will connect via the newly deployed Unified Collaboration Server, located at TechTeam’s NOC in Southfield. TechTeam expects the merger process to flow smoothly because of the increased communications and collaboration between the two entities. InSORS is extremely excited to prove another business model for its flagship IG application. With mergers and acquisitions on the up swing due to the reviving economy, inSORS expects to a surge in demand for distributed collaboration technologies. The inSORS Grid is an ideal application for such a process.
