Market Research Highlights inSORS Ease of Use, Cost Savings and Increased Business Productivity

(Chicago)  inSORS Integrated Communications announced the results of independent customer research conducted in the 4th quarter of 2006 by Kaleidoscope, Inc. “The goal was to obtain direct feedback as our customer’s value proposition, what our differentiators are, and how we stack up competitively” explained Hal Sullivan, inSORS Managing Director. 

Respondents to the survey overwhelmingly indicated “IG2 as a superior technology, that delivers a superior user experience,” ranked inSORS IG2 software as “Very Easy to Use,” and rated the quality of inSORS customer support as “Excellent.”  Further, in comparison to other collaboration tools used within their organizations, a significant majority strongly preferred inSORS, and positively indicated that the IG2 has improved communications within their organization.
