College Park, MD --- inSORS Integrated
Communications, Inc., a Chicago-based communications firm that
develops, markets, and supports collaboration software and solutions,
has delivered its turnkey inSORS Grid (IG) conferencing system
to the University of Maryland.
The IG platform provides an innovative,
state-of-the-art conferencing and collaboration solution that
offers complete IP-based, full-duplex audio, 30 frame-per-second
video, and total data interaction/sharing capabilities among anywhere
from two to 30 locations.
Delivered to the university's Center
for Scientific Computation And Mathematical Modeling (CSCAMM),
the IG node will play a central role in CSCAMM's mission to foster
collaborative research programs that involve university scientists
together with visiting post-docs and world-renowned scholars.
