inSORS wins the Delta Award at HPCS 2007 Canada
Best at Demonstrating how HPC is "Transforming the Face of Research"

May 18, 2007 (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan)  inSORS is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded the 2nd Annual Delta Award at the HPCS2007 event at the University of Saskatchewan.  The HPCS2007 conference is the premiere high performance computing event in Canada that brings together researchers and educational faculty as well as vendors to discuss current HPC topics.  The Delta Award is voted on by attendees and recognizes the vendor that best demonstrated how HPC is “Transforming the Face of Research” which was the major theme of the event.  IBM was the winner of last year’s award.

“When you see that we were up against vendors like Microsoft, Dell, HP and Apple, it was great to get recognized by the attendees as an application that makes a difference” said Brian Gleason of inSORS.  “This will go a long way towards making a positive impact on the collaborative infrastructure throughout the Canadian research community,” he added.
