US Army Research Office Extends IOCOM Solution within RDECOM

October 22, 2007 // Chicago, IL – IOCOM, an inSORS Company, is pleased to announce another successful deployment within the US Army’s Research Office (ARO). The new system will be integrated into the already successful IOCOM Grid solution currently running at various US Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) sites. The ARO office in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina will be connected to IOCOM Unified Collaboration Server in Adelphi, MD, enabling the site to collaborate in real time to the many IG2 enabled RDECOM locations. RDECOM makes use of both IOCOM room based configurations and desktop endpoints a well for a scalable, immersive advanced collaboration solution.
