TechTeam International Continues IOCOM Support Contract

Contract covers server, room systems and desktop kits

March 23, 2007 // Southfield, MI – TechTeam Global Inc, a worldwide technology support company and IOCOM partner has agreed to a support contract extension for the many IOCOM systems currently deployed at remote facilities. The contract will cover all IOCOM related endpoints, including desktops and room based systems as well as the IOCOM Unified Collaboration Server (UCS). The contract extends support through January 2008.

TechTeam currently uses the IOCOM software for regular meetings between its Southfield, Michigan headquarters and Brussels, Belgium office. Also included in regular collaborative events are the recently purchased firms Sytel and DSC, with offices in Virginia and Maryland. IOCOM is extremely excited to prove another business model for its flagship IOCOM application. With mergers and acquisitions on the up swing due to the reviving economy, IOCOM expects to a surge in demand for distributed collaboration technologies. The IOCOM Grid is an ideal application for such processes.
