Mr. Nelson is retired Deputy Chairman of Consulting Services for Ernst & Young LLP with over 30 years of experience in serving a wide range of clients.

Mr. Nelson has served as a member of the Ernst & Young US Management Committee, Chairman of the US Consulting Services Executive Committee, Chairman of the US Consulting Services Network, Chairman of the Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services Executive Committee, Chairman of the Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services Council, and member of the Ernst & Young Global Executive Board.

Mr. Nelson's expertise lies in financial planning and control, information systems, performance measurement and general management projects for major multinational organizations. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting and Information Systems at Northwestern Univeristy's J .L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
