Mr. Hulbert is a founding partner of McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLC, an intellectual property law firm of more than 60 attorneys. He has over 25 years of experience in counseling firms in the high-tech sector, including both major corporations and start-up ventures.

He has published a variety of articles and a casebook and is a frequent lecturer at seminars, both in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Hulbert is also an Adjunct Professor of Law and Director, Academic and Professional Program Development, at the Chicago-Kent Law School. Mr. Hulbert holds BEE, JD and MBA degrees from the University of Minnesota.
